The Digital Transformation Flexible fund (DTFF) delivered by the FFNI Consortium (all councils) and led by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, has now opened its first call for funding.
The programme is a £7.5m capital grant which operates across all of Northern Ireland. DTFF is supported by Invest NI and part funded by the NI Executive, UK Government, Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) and all local authorities in Northern Ireland.
DTFF is a demand-led grant scheme aimed at stimulating Digital Transformation in Small and Micro businesses. It seeks to address financial barriers to the adoption of new and emerging digital technologies. It's designed to enable ‘business transformation’ rather than ‘digitisation’ of existing business models or operations.
The William J. Clinton Institute (Queen's University Belfast) is the specialist delivery agent for future funding calls and will be conducting an independent assessment of all DTFF applications.
A series of pre-briefing calls are now taking place until 30 November 2023. For more information on the sessions, eligibility and applicant guidance, please visit: https://dtff.co.uk/
